How it works, and the terms of the code we email you · Effective October 1st, 2026
Tell us how your session went and we’ll email you a code for your next booking. This page is everything about it.
What you get
A code worth between 10% and 100% off a booking, at the Sandbox VR store your survey was for.
Codes come in ten amounts: 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50% and 100% off. Which one you get is decided when the code is issued, and it is not something we choose per guest. The amount, and the date it runs out, are both in the email that carries it.
How to get one
Scan the QR code displayed in store after your session and complete the survey. You’ll be asked for the booking code for your visit, and every guest on a booking can use that code to take the survey.
- One code per person per day, per store. However many sessions you play at a store in a day, they earn you one code between them. The day we count is the day of your visit, local time at that store — not the day you complete the survey.
- Your survey has to match a real booking. We check every survey against our booking records when it arrives. It has to match a booking at that store around the date of the visit — a real booking, not cancelled, that has been paid, with at least one guest on it — and a booking never produces more codes than it had guests. Where a booking code contains an obvious error and resolves to exactly one real booking, we correct it and record the correction.
- Leave it too long and we can’t match it. A survey submitted more than 14 days after the session does not earn a code.
- A survey we can’t match to a booking doesn’t earn a code. That check is made when you submit, not later.
Terms
- Only one code can be redeemed per booking, per guest, per day.
- A code is valid until the date shown on it, and cannot be used after that date.
- A code is valid at the Sandbox VR location it was issued for.
- A code cannot be combined with another offer.
- A code has no cash value and is not transferable or exchangeable.
- We may change or withdraw this offer at any time. A code already issued stays good on the terms it was issued under, until the date shown on it.
Your information
What you submit is collected by Vortex Group and used to administer this offer, to check that surveys relate to real visits, to send you your code, and — where you have opted in — to send you news and offers. We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers and other parties set out in our privacy statement, and only in the ways that statement describes. You may withdraw consent at any time.
